1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InboxToKindle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
InboxToKindle provides a service that:
- Generates anonymous email addresses for receiving newsletters
- Converts received newsletters to EPUB format
- Delivers converted newsletters to your registered Kindle device(s)
3. Account Registration
To use InboxToKindle, you must:
- Provide a valid email address
- Register at least one Kindle device with a valid @kindle.com email
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use InboxToKindle to:
- Send spam, phishing, or malicious content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Abuse the service (e.g., excessive automated requests)
- Attempt to circumvent delivery limits or security measures
5. Free and Paid Plans
Free Plan: Includes 25 newsletter deliveries per month. Additional newsletters will be queued until the next billing cycle or upgrade.
Pro Plan: Includes unlimited newsletter deliveries for a monthly or annual fee. Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No refunds for partial months.
6. Service Availability
InboxToKindle is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for high availability:
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
7. Content and Copyright
You retain all rights to content you receive through InboxToKindle. We:
- Do not claim ownership of your newsletters
- Only process content to convert and deliver it to your Kindle
- Do not share your content with third parties (except as required by law)
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your account and all data will be deleted
- Any pending deliveries will be cancelled
- Pro-rated refunds are not provided
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall InboxToKindle be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or data.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where InboxToKindle operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
